In 2010, I made a life-altering decision: I left behind a fast-paced, career-driven life in New York City, sold everything I owned, and bought a one-way ticket to Nepal. 

For several years prior to my departure, I had worked in high end fashion design, which I thought would fulfill my creative expression but fell short in depth and meaning. Driven by my fascination with the complexities of the human mind and inner world, I later studied and received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and worked in the research sector of clinical psychology while also volunteering at various non-profit social organizations.

But even with all my learning, achieving and a fulfilling volunteer work, I still felt a deep sense of emptiness and an urgent need for something more. Beneath the outer success and constant motion, I felt a longing for meaning, peace, and a deeper truth of existence.

What followed was a profound unfolding. I began living in a monastery in Nepal, where the noise of the outside world began to fall away. In the contemplative monastery setting, where introspection was my only focus, something within me started to awaken. Through years of deep inner work and extensive meditation retreats in solitude, I experienced a progressive shift into higher states of consciousness. In the sacredness of my inner world, I was guided beyond the personal self and into communion with a greater Divine intelligence - an aspect of being that lives within all of us, often dormant, yet fully available to be awakened. This awakening to the higher Self, experienced as a living presence at the forefront of my awareness, has allowed me to access a higher-dimensional aspect of my being, and connect with my own higher guidance system.

Over the years, I immersed myself in ancient esoteric teachings and mystical practices passed down by yogis, sages, and spiritual masters across cultures and lineages. I’ve had the blessing of living in Buddhist monasteries, ashrams, and meditation centers around the world, where I studied and practiced powerful methods for energy purification, transmutation, and ascension. These practices, rooted in both Eastern and Western mystical traditions, became sacred tools for clearing density, awakening the subtle body, and aligning my being more fully with the Divine.

Through direct experience and integration of the knowledge I received, I’ve come to understand which practices are most effective for different stages of spiritual awakening and energy refinement. I now guide others to connect with their own sacred essence, access expanded states of consciousness, and embody the clarity and presence of their higher Self.
